When we lived in Wisconsin one of the things I loved is that the grocery store Festival Foods would put out real ham bones that you could buy for your dog. Ollie loved them!!!
Today I went to Publix to get stamps and Ice Cream and I was a little bit too unnecessarily excited to see butcher's bones wrapped up and being sold!
Why of course spoiled dog got one...
He used to get very possessive of the bone though and would growl if we got too close. When that happened we would take the bone away so he would learn who was in charge!
So now, he only keeps a protective paw on the bone...
