The Hunting Minded Dog

Yesterday morning, when I opened the blinds for the sliding door that leads to our balcony, Ollie noticed we had an usual guest hanging out on the screen.

Of course once I opened the door and he darted out there a-dog-on- a-mission-to-destroy-style...the squirrel ran away.  

But Ollie is nothing if not persistent so

...an hour later

still waiting for it to come back...


...two hours later

still waiting...

... three hours later

Eventually he gave up but he put up a good fight.
