I could go on and on about the amazing drama teacher who left our school a couple years ago and is now back subbing for a maternity leave... but... I won't.
Our school offers drama as part of the curriculum. It is a class that the students attend, just like art or choir, and they earn a grade for it.
Zack is not in drama this year but stepped in to fill a need in the school play (Virgil's Family Reunion) this weekend.
Turned out they also needed a dog...enter Ollie.
he didn't have a single line
but I think he got the most attention after the performance.
And of course he hated every moment of the attention.
Zack did really well for only having a couple weeks to memorize his lines.
And here are more scenes from the play.
They have another performance tomorrow night...and we have one very tired dog tonight.
