It's That Time Of Year

Calling all football fans!!!

It's the most wonderful time of the year - for football that is.

College football is underway...

Florida Gators... my favorite college team.
They won Saturday but it wasn't a pretty win and I don't have high hopes for a good season.  Their quarterback position is still questionable and they played with a lot of apathy on Saturday.  Also they racked up a ton a penalties.  

The Wisconsin Badgers are my second favorite college team.  Their season is supposed to be brighter...though you couldn't tell it by Saturdays game which they barely won.  But overall, they have a better shot at having a decent season and making it back to the Rose Bowl.

The Packers are the biggest question mark.  Coming off a 15-1 season there are some high hopes for them this season.  Analysts have picked them to win the Super Bowl this year and possibly even go undefeated.  However, they lost the huge playoff game last year and have looked pretty bad in pre-season. So...their first game, which will be Sunday, will be interesting to watch.
