More on Moving and My Apartment

Moving in on a Friday meant we went the entire weekend without internet and cable.  We actually did fine without the cable but one never realizes how much you depend on the internet until you don't have the internet.  

We had cable come out this afternoon and now we have both.  

The drive Friday was much much better than the nightmare Thursday.

My neighborhood is beautiful

On Friday we arrived about 3:00 and the paperwork took about .5 hours - but to the people waiting outside in the cars it seemed more like 10 hours and each took their turns coming in for some air conditioning.  

Everything is pretty great here.  The complex looks great, our apartment is nice and much bigger than our last apartment.  The bedrooms are smaller but we each have our own bathroom.  

Ollie checked everything out and felt a bit lost

And I really do believe we have the best view in the entire complex

And plus...the pool looks beautiful at night

The apartment is coming along but going through the boxes is a work in progress.
