I wanted to put this one in the top ten funniest countdown but I completely forgot. I do want to share it though - so here goes.
I was teaching 4th grade and one of their reading workbook pages had a multiple choice question with the choice d). all of the above. This was the correct answer but out of my 12 students, only one of them got it right. It then occurred to me that they may not know what "all of the above" means.
So I asked them.
One of my girl's raises her hand and says, "it means, God, the angels, stars, sky, and everything above."
