I saw yesterday that this was the coldest March Wisconsin has had in the past 30 years!
And so far April is no better with a high temp yesterday of maybe 34*.
We were supposed to see 50* this week but now I see they've changed that to 49*. Yes, one degree DOES make a difference!
We are on spring break this week but it feels more like winter break and it's certainly not fun to do anything outside.
Poor Ollie is waiting to get back to his nightly walks.
