The apartment complex I am living in is undergoing some extensive renovations. New concrete has been poured on the walkways and steps and the parking lot has been resurfaced.
They are also completely renovating and updating the apartments as people move out. I was fortunate enough to get one of the very first renovated apartments.
Apartment Two in my building was vacated a few weeks ago and I've been watching as they tore the carpets and flooring out and disposed of old appliances and brought in new ones.
And then there was this:
On the front lawn. It stayed there for a couple days.
